SOGAFRIC GROUP MEASURES

MEASURES IMPLEMENTED BY THE SOGAFRIC GROUP

Groupe SOGAFRIC, has put in place a set of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. These provisions contain, on the one hand, all governmental measures that are updated through official communications and, on the other hand, practical awareness measures for our employees and our customers.

The information on barrier gestures has been displayed in all workplaces of SOGAFRIC Group companies, in particular :

To ensure that the barrier measures are understood and applied, the Group has set up an awareness-raising and information campaign aimed at all employees and permanent subcontractors. This campaign, led by all of our QHSEs, was led by the Group’s Medical Advisor with the effective participation of our employees.

SOGAFRIC Group has also ensured the supply of protective equipment for its employees. Thus, all employees of Groupe SOGAFRIC have been provided with two fabric masks with washing recommendations (in addition to the masks, visors, gloves and others already made available to employees according to their exposure).

As part of the monitoring of occupational health, any case that appears suspicious (presenting symptoms of fever, cough, respiratory difficulties, etc.) must be reported immediately to the heads of departments or to the General Management of each company. Thermo lasers have been made available at each site.

SOGAFRIC Group companies regularly disinfect work and reception areas. Temperature measurement by Thermoflash and hand disinfection at the entrance to our companies is mandatory.

MANAGEMENT OF SUBCONTRACTORS

All the measures retained on the bases of Libreville are applicable in all our agencies.
